Which activities can I manage?
Airsoft, paintball, laser tag, teambuilding, sport camps and city games. Manage sessions, capacity and bookings for each activity.
Do players have to pay online?
No. Choose per event: payment on site, an online deposit or full payment in advance.
What does player management include?
QR check-in, attendance, player profiles and teams. Players keep their XP, badges and friends across connected Loadout venues.
Can I run games without special hardware?
Yes. Marshals manage teams, timers and live scores. Optional IWG Industries objective nodes add automatic objective scoring and tracking.
How does team balancing work?
Loadout uses recorded wins, games played and XP to suggest balanced teams. Friends and existing teams stay together when the balance allows it.
Which languages does Loadout support?
Dutch, French, English and German, across booking pages, emails and the check-in app.
